Our Mental Health Promotion & Support team was created in response to the growing need for solutions to varied challenges that the university’s employees are facing. While the Consultation Unit offers you support in dealing with a personal crisis, our team is here to help you with topics involving the students under your care. It may be a communication problem with a specific person, a situation involving a group of people, or a general question about a mental health-related matter in relation to our students.

Marta Kubisiak – a psychologist, crisis intervention specialist, and coordinator of the Mental Healt Promotion & Support team. She worked at the Crisis Intervention Center in Krakow for many years and completed post-graduate studies in Crisis Intervention and in Sexology. She has led many workshops and projects on issues related to mental health. She’s also the author of the e-book guide for international students at our university.

Emilia Latała-Cudecka – a psychologist and psychotherapist in the process of getting certified, she is also a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association. She has been building her experience working with individuals and groups, leading workshops, and offering mental health education and social skills training. She is interested in the topic of accessibility for people with disabilities and special needs, as well as in the field of cultural psychology.
