For employees and PhD students

Due to requests from the academic community, the university authorities created the Consultation Unit for the university staff. The unit is located at 27 Kopernika Street in Krakow.

The Consultation Unit offers free support for the staff members and the doctoral students of our university dealing with a personal crisis.

Our specialists offer crisis intervention and psychological support. There's no long-term psychotherapy option available. An individual consultation may help in figuring out if and what kind of additional help would be recommended.

Main rules of getting help from the unit:

  • A consultation lasts 45 minutes.
  • The number of consultations offered depends on the individual circumstances and needs and is decided by the specialist during the initial consultation.
  • The Consultation Unit does not issue any certificates or official notes.

To register, you need to fill out the REGISTRATION FORM (to access the form, log in onto your university e-mail, accept the neccessary agreements, send us the form, wait for an e-mail from our specialist).

Specialist's duty hours (available by prior appointment):

Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (online)
